Our 6-week postpartum mama & baby villages offer hands-on support, education, and community connection. Each village is designed to help you:

• Build confidence in your parenting decisions

• Connect with other local mamas for support and encouragement

1:1 Sleep Consulting

Whether your baby is 0–12 months or your toddler is 1–4 years, I provide step-by-step sleep plans tailored to your family’s needs. Every plan includes:

 

• A personalized sleep plan for your child

• Two weeks of daily support via text or email

• One year of follow-up guidance as needed
